Phuket is a good place to go if you want to take some martial arts classes or lose some weight. They have world class training places for not a lot of money. The area I was in was a street full of gyms, muay thai and bjj training.

Will be spending 2 - 3 nights in Pattaya after my business meeting in Bangkok.
This is the list of my plan:
1) while in Bangkok, will visit couple of those soapiesin Rachada.
2) will take cab from my hotel in BKK to Pattaya, expecting to arrived on the afternoon.
3) still choosing between LK Empress or Flipper house for my accommodation. LK empress seems nice and much higher price but I think Flipper house is closer to Soi 6 (my main target for afternoon ST).
4) as mentioned I will definitely try those bars in Soi 6 , as per my research it's cost 300-350 for BF & 1000 for girls for ST.
But still confuse how much BF & for girls is I opted to take them for LT? Some say BF 1000 and cost for girls between 2000-3000 for LT?
5) will try one or two agogo girls from bars in WS, but yet to find out how much is BF and Girls, I also encounter some post that cost is between 2000 for BF & 5000 to 6000 for LT?
6) for Freelancers at BR, cost I learned is 500 to 700? But I am a bit worry as to the sanitation issue maybe Deseases HIV? That is why I never try freelancer in front of Nana hotel in BKK their cost there is 1000 bhat for one shot!
Well, trying soapies in Pattaya is not in my agenda as I have not had any good encounter on their massage before but I like what I got in BKK.

My fave Pattaya disco had a high male to female ratio tonight. A lot of girls have day jobs / boyfriends who supplement them which makes them more inclined to party and get drunk rather than seek customers. After drinking all night they are too tired and drunk for dual sack time. The hotties have cliques which inhibits connections. It seems a lot of girls are not hurting for baht even though it is low season. The quality of girls have took a nose dive the past 2 years. The girls seem to be more picky and selective this Spring. BKK can be more expensive. Pattaya is full of working / party girls. I'm middle aged so that party late every night vibe does not work for me. It seems Pattaya would be a terrible place to get a serious relationship.

I am in fact a frequent of Bangkok but only once to Pattaya way back 10 or 12 years ago, that is why I am trying to weight between the two. Last time I stay in Pattaya I stay in Penthouse hotel and have BF some Cayote or waitresses on the bar downstairs. At that time the BF and girls price is lot cheaper than BKK.
In BKK aside from soapies in Rachada or girls from biergarten, I really don't have much luck for Agogo girls, I remember only couple of time I BF rainbow 4 girls and couple of time from a bar I forget the name in Soi cowboy.
My last trip to Bangkok last year, find out they are now charging enormous amount for BF and girls asking 6000 bhat for LT. That is why for money wise, may be Pattaya will put weight BKK economically?
As to quality, well, with my frequent at Rainbow 4 bar in NEP BKK, I can see some talent even though not so old but been dancing there for years and I can see the changes of their body figure as compare the first time I saw them dancing there.
I am not a young monger but wish to try at least the ST bar in Soi 6 in Pattaya. This kind of thing in BKK may be charging 2000 to 2500 for the girls but I don't know how much For the BF, may be 700 or more?
Well, happy to hear more comment from all veteran both BKK & Pattaya as thing keep changing now a days. How I miss the past LOS entertainment industry before. Talent are so dedicated with their profession, unlike now a days, unless they like you for being young & handsome or else they are too business minded with adding too pushy of the waitresses on drinks etc.

Other bar ask 300-350 baht, some bars (like Scooter) not have ST rooms.
For LT price you have to walk in the bar and ask! Not all bar have same price for BF and also the BF price change according to time you want to barfine the girl, also talk directly with girl for her LT fee not all girls are the same.
Soi 6 it's probably the easiest place in the world to get laid. Walk up and down the soi, check the girls and interview them, don't be shy there is nothing that they do not have already heard from a customer.

One time I was returning from shopping at BigC North Pattaya, and I decided to take a detour down Soi 6 for a bit of a look.
