Take bus “R” or get a taxi for 12 euros. There are lockers in Darmstadt train station if you want to use.
Do you walk from the Darmstadt train station to Sharks? I'll also have a small duffle bag as my carry on from the plane with just some clothes, personal items and iPad. Are the lockers at Sharks big enough to store this? I recall the lockers at Acapulco Gold in Dusseldorf were pretty small, like the size of safes in hotel rooms.
The walk from the station is a nice walk, weather permitting.

Thanks for the info.
Can you put a small over the should backpack in them?
They are big enough to hang up some of your clothes. If you go in winter they are big enough for a little backpack and a coat. Maybe they are not all the same size but they are big enough.

That's why I also keep my smartphone in the money lockers (and skip FKKs where there's no provision for keeping valuables).
For FKK Oase I recommend bringing your own safety pin as Oase key-bracelets are faulty. I had the fright of my life last year after discovering my bracelet was missing. Lucky for me the finder brought it back to front-desk (where they scolded me for improper use of their faulty tackle).

Robberies were at Gold and Oase, but Sharks lockers are safe with cameras, if you close well your locker. At Oase and Gold, put your values in small locker.

Maybe they are not all the same size but they are big enough.
No longer always the case. They have constructed a large number of half-height lockers. No way for clothes to be hung in these. The clothes have to be carefully folded and stacked on top of each other.
In winter, clothes plus shoes plus winter jacket will fill up almost the whole space of these half-height lockers. I guess a duffle bag can also be squeezed in if you are prepared to have your clothes fully crushed.
What I do in winter is always to come early enough (i.e. before 6pm) to secure a full height locker from the receptionist. Another tip for winter visits - if my jacket is damp or wet from the snow/rain, I use their hairdryer to dry it first to avoid the dampness stinking my clothes when left in the locker.
And make sure you take out your wallet and phone from your pocket before stacking up your clothes; twice I forgot and had to take out all my stacked clothes to locate them. This is not easy if it is crowded and there is no space on the bench to place your stacked clothes.

Plus I'll be arriving probably right at 11 am opening time on a Tuesday so probably hardly anyone there in the locker room. Since I'll have a lot of down time there when I'm not eating nor in a session, it would be nice to take out my iPad for awhile as I assume they have wifi but I don't know if it's allowed at Sharks.

You can use in club entry. If your locker is too small, ask desk to keep your luggage, they will do. At 11 am, you can take breakfast.

Having a sleep in FKK
Is now possible to have a sleep without problems in FKK before a very early flight? I did this maybe 10 years ago and didn't have any problems, I just put sign Besetzt outside a door and had good 4-5 hour sleep before heading to the airport. Now I will have 5 am flight out of Frankfurt, so I recon I need to leave 2. 30-3 am (I will have a rental car), really don't want to stay in hotel that last night, rather, spend it in FKK Oase or Sharks or Mainhattan, but ideally go to sleep in one of the rooms between 10 pm - 2. 30 am. Which would be the best club to get sleep without being bothered?

That room is isolated from noise and other nuisances. At Sharks you can lie down on one of the upstairs sofas if the club is not too full but you will hear ambient noise from below and breathe in some smoke. I think Oase is the better of the two for what you have in mind.
You can catch a glimpse of Oase's lounge on this vid at 1:25

The shape of the loungers might pose a problem for sleep. They remind me of KLM's earlier business class seats, where I could neither fall asleep nor sit comfortably.
The following vid shows the upstair sofas at Shark's, time-stamp 0:43

In both clubs, on a wam dry day you could sleep in the outdoor area around the pool. You should however check the prospective temperature at your sleeping hours though, steep temperature drops are common after dusk in this part of the World.
