Justice S M Subramaniam had already passed a Decree (Judgement) directing the installation of CCTV cameras in all spas across the state.

Here is the judgment summary.

But Justice G are Swaminathan says that installation of CCTV equipment inside premises such as a spa would violate a person's privacy and personal liberty, as privacy is guaranteed to all Indian citizens under Article 21 of Indian Constitution, Brother.

Justice G are Swaminathan is against the installation of CCTV in spas Brother.

If Justice G are Swaminathan passes a judgment next month or after hearing in this case of "Queen Ayurvedic Cross Spa Centre vs The Superintendent Of Police And Ors" saying " NO CCTV should not be installed in spas, this would prevail".

When I say this would prevail, that means this (G are Swaminathan's) judgment of no CCTVs in spas would take effect, the old (S M Subramaniam 's) judgment of CCTVs should be installed in spas will lose effect Brother.

So we have to wait until the hearing is over in this case and we have to wait until the judgment is passed.
