First time visit to Dubai. I am staying near to Airport without any night life in the hotel. Business trip and the hotel booked was my travel department.

Any recommendations for a spa with full service?

So once in bed and when I proceeded to join her, she gets hit by a headache and has low energy and isn't feeling well. She says she wants to take a nap for 15 to 30 minutes, sets her alarm clock to 15 min intervals to wake herself up. This goes on for about an hour and she is asleep, saying she doesn't feel well. Then she wakes up and asks for her 'allowance', which I like a dumb retard proceed to give her and she goes for another nap. At this time I can tell something is wrong and I am not going to see any action. I didn't want drama with her or a confrontation, although should have held my ground and decided to tell her that let's call it a night and she can go home as she does not well. So I lost 1500, an expensive dinner and didn't see any action. It was so fucking frustrating. I don't know if it was a scam and it could be entirely possible that she wasn't feeling well, but what pisses me off is that she still had the nerve to ask for her allowance when she knew she was not feeling well or whatever. So that was that.

Frustrated, I went to Rigga road and in one of the hotels which had an Arab / Irani disco with some good talent. Spotted a hot, busty Moroccan who was entering at the same time as me, made eye contact and knew I wanted her. Sealed the deal for 700 for a few hours, and back to my place and dynamite sex. My two cents worth; if she is a con artist then the 1500 is gone whether you contact her or not, she is not about to return the cash. If she was genuinely feeling unwell then I would expect her to have contacted you since that evening and offer to meet up without further payment of an allowance. Having said that if she was genuine then she could have just as well told you was not feeling well, lets meet another day and take the cash then. My view is that it is the former scenario and you were stung, I have never had one of these arrangements, but if I did I would treat it like any other p4 p transaction, which is substantively what it is.

In conclusion, given you have already paid I don't think there is any value in your contacting her, because if she is genuine then she will connect with you, if she is not then its gone and getting in touch to find that out again is just going to piss you off further.

NB. I am assuming you speak French, hence the connection first with the French lady and then the Moroccan. In my limited experience of Moroccan's, very few speak English and not being able to speak Arabic or passable French, it tends to be a bit of a struggle with them

The all want to meet up for dinner at fancy places downtown. One even ordered a 640 dh pasta with.

Been through a similar situation with a regular during the lockdown. She wanted a loan and there was an agreement for it to be returned.
