Before propecia lots of hair in comb, balding approaching at a fairly rapid approach. Took propecia, noticed two or three months later, no loose hair in comb. Fifteen years down the track, still taking it, still got my hair. Thinning yes, but at a very slow pace. Older brother, everything medical that happens to him, happens to me, about two years later. He is bald as a badger, I am not bald. My conclusion, it did not stop thinning, slowed it down very significantly, but avoided me becoming bald.
