I don't know of anyone getting a pop in the tub. That's more of a warmup, for the bed. In the cases where I did want a 2nd round, I would say it's a 1 in 4 shot that the girl is ok with it. Some will ask about the tip and others will be more than happy, hoping to retain you as a customer or with some hope of seeing you outside the parlor. Some of it is time.
