My rule of thumb is, "when in doubt, move out."

There are enough pussies to score, so why would I score with a CIS gender whose meaning even I did not know.

I also googled a bit, couldn't understand much in simple English language, had no patience to learn further.

I think there should be some difference, subtle or otherwise, between a natural woman and CIS gender woman, else why have a special term?

Transgender male / female is when a person is born as one gender but identifies as the opposite. So a person born female and identifying as male is a trans-man and a person born as a male and identifying as a female is a trans-woman.
