A couple of years back I had posted about gettiing anal. The MP is situated in Kota. The name of the MP is Ibu Linda. I do not remember how much I paid, but I think it was around 150 or 180 K. Just bringing this topic over from the Photo section, I was told the Maribaya problems stem from a turf war between police and military. A General owns the LM Hotel and about a year ago a new Police Chief was appointed that had jurisdiction over the South Jakarta area. The big raid at that time which saw girls in jail for a few days was a result of the associated power struggle which no doubt was about money.

This niggle is ongoing.

No idea as to the accuracy over this but my source was a 30 year veteran of Jakarta.

My first venture into Jakarta will be in early May, after a long hall from HK, through the Philippines. Then on to Surabaya and Bali.

I'll be staying at the Aryaduta and am wondering about a couple of logistical questions.

1/ A reliable travel agent near the hotel for airline and train bookings (I am greatly looking forward to going to Surabaya by train)

2/ I firstly apologise for my total lack of Jakarta geography knowledge, no mater how hard you look at a map you can't really get a feel for a city until you hit the ground. From my reading of the group the Tavern at the hotel is an OK pickup point(?). What in the way of MP and other entertainment establishments are nearby?

3/ By taxi, how long should it take to get to BATS or Blok M from the hotel?

4/ Not that it’s overly important, (I may be understating this) recent information seems not to indicate the girl friendliness of the Aryaduta. My passion is for ST rather than LT but occasionally I stray.

I'm sure that with all experience on the ground that these little enquiries will be of no problem to you. I await your considered responses

In Aryaduta, try to book one of the six Deluxe room on the pool level. All have a small and highly pleasant private terrace, but the most important is that they also have a DIRECT access to the swimming pool EVEN AT NIGHT, when the pool area is closed to the other guests. You see what I mean. Your girls will love that.

By the way, Tavern is a dump.

To answer your questions, in summary,

1. the hotel will be able to arrange travel but not necessarily as cheaply as you can arrange it elsewhere. As for the train, you don't really need an agent, just go to the station (which is very close) and arrange it your self - at which time you might find some urchin-like girls hanging around.

2. Forget Tavern, all you'll find is a hand full of 40 year olds who have been at it for 25 years. There isn't much really close but you need a taxi to get anywhere in Jakarta no matter where you stay. Atrium mall is near (search forum).

3. it's pretty meaningless to predict journey times - best to allow an hour to anywhere during the day, at night (late) you could get to BATS or Blok M in 15 minutes.

4. girl friendliness of the Aryaduta or anywhere else is a non-issue, at absolute worse if you did get a problem 20 - 50k would solve it

Following the good pieces of advice in several past reports I decided to visit Kartika MP. I did so twice in the last 2 weeks.

The first time, after ordering a beer I talked to several girls before going upstairs and I was lucky enaugh to meet also a girl who introduced herself as Cynthia among them. About 1.55, brownish long hair, well formed, not fat, nice boobs and pretty face. I went with her upstairs and she offered a great service, incl. super GFE, as reported before on this forum.

So far so good. Went back at Kartika yesterday and looked out for Cynthia. Bad luck, apparently not there. I enjoy the offerings of Kartika and have done so for several years. I can say that I have never met a Cynthia there. I must ask Bu Yayuk (one of the mamasons) next time to introduce me to one of them. I have asked once what happens when more than one girl shares the same name and was told they sometimes try to avoid confusion by using an adjective for example - Ida and Ida kecil.

Is it possible that you were mistaken and have mixed Cynthia with Sinta or Shinta? They sound similar.
