I don't think we have any prescribed interview technique. Its mostly small talk. I mainly ask the girl things that appeal to me at the time. Ask the girl about herself as most girls like to talk about themselves, but don't get too deeply personal, and keep it light hearted. Don't push on subjects that are not comfortable to her.

How long has she been in the bar? What did she used to do? Any children yet? How old is she? What district does she live in. Live with parents or not? Procedures in the bar? Are her customers mostly Farang or Japanese? Etc. From answers, you get other things to talk about. Could be her pet dog, or her daughter or whatever. Of course half the time I will be answering her questions. If girls ask too many mundane questions that I don't think they really want to know the answers to, it puts me off a little. The more natural the conversation, the better. Its a good idea to joke around a lot and so I try not to be very serious about anything. Girls tend to like customers that are a little bit funny at times.

Maybe the interview turns out great but in the room they change up their attitude. I tend to go for who have just started p4p and treat them nicely. I think you generalise too much. Bow and Dtom at Suzie Wong have been bar girls for many years and very experienced. Dtom will admit that no one licks pussy in the lesbian show better than her. My personal favourite is Soi Cowboy which I find less a hassle than NEP. Also a lot less ladyboys in Soi Cowboy ("Cockatoo" excepted) than NEP. Do take a look in Baccara with its famous glass floor and hordes of Japanese spending their baht on the girls. Afterskool in Soi Cowboy is home of the "naughty boys corner" where BJs are given in semi-public, but watch out, the moment you walk in three or four bargirls will stalk you and ask for ladydrinks.
