How busy is Sosua over the holiday period?
I know it's not a report, or a really fascinating question, but I think it's a valid one. I looked back around 180 pages to December last year but nobody was commenting on how busy the scene was in December. I am just asking because I've never been there in December! I was thinking of coming down second week of December, and staying until after Christmas. Is Sosua busy during this period, or do most of the women go home and does Sosua become dead? I have no idea, so if anyone can spare a few minutes to advise me I would appreciate it! Thanks for any advice guys!
Thanks for your advice guys!
Cerebro, Charles Pooter and Guthrie, thanks very much for your great feedback, that's all I needed to reassure me about making my trip! I'll be there in about 10 days and stay for 2 weeks.
Guthrie, is Cabarette itself worth checking out for mongering? I've only been there a couple of times during the day, and all I remember really apart from the lovely beach is the guys trying to hussle me to buy their wares in the main street. Having said that, I remember a couple of cute girls there working in exchange bureaus giving me the eye, which kind of surprised me, since in Sosua this doesn't happen often! Maybe they are less overrun with opportunities than the women in Sosua, and therefore more open to advances? What do you think?
Taxi ride sharing from Santiago airport
I am landing in santiago at 6:37 pm. I don't think that I will be able to make it to the caribe tours bus station. Based on the schedule the last bus to sosua leaves at 7 pm. I don't mind sharing a taxi if someone here will be on the same flight. I think the price is about $100 from the aiport to sosua.
