The biggest thing for me in London is the bewildering choice. Unless you can work out reliable stuff quickly, it's a lot of inconvenience for the visitor just to negotiate travelling across town. I often do elaborate research and then just end up going to LMP (which I know is good and I can trust). As we all know, price is no guarantee of quality. Even if it often helps. So two solid agencies at an affordable price. ie maybe one that a) won't leave me feeling feel traumatised if I'm unlucky, b) has a good VFM reputation, and c) is not so scary in the first place as to be such a big deal.

There is masses of info and FRs available on HOD, so thanks again for bringing it to attention. Especially as I now notice they have a central London incall venue.
