Paxful charges around 900 inr as transaction fees. So you need to have bitcoins worth 25 dollars + 900 INR before you transfer. I saw the exchange rate for inr vs dollar, converted it to reqd inr added the fees inr and transferred. Before you transfer it shows you the amt in bitcoins / inr being sent to the ISG before tfr so you can double check. Got activated in a couple of hours. Cheers and best of luck.

Searching for some reliable contacts online, came to know about websites like MR. Can some seniors share advice on the following.
- Reliability of MR, locanto appears to be full of scams.
- Is it safe to go for in call or out call. What precautions should I take.
- Damage control. Most images are photoshopped. How to check the supreme disappointment (KLPD).
- Other considerations.
Only rule I have followed is never to pay any advance.

Ignore profiles which don't have a verified account (verified account. Tick mark on lower left of the pics). Prefer indies rather than escort as they are some what reliable. Some indies who upload the prices don't budge down that easily and mostly block if you bargain much. You can judge easily by reading the description of the profile, if the lady is strict with the damages. Personally I would prefer incall for the first meet because at their places chances of ruckus is low. You can try to bargain if she sounds too high. My personal damage from couple of MR meets started from 4 k in Delhi (May vary if the city is dry).
