Reached pattaya in the morning today after a long sequence of flights from toronto!! Best way is to find out for yourself. That said the Russians are simply not worth the money or the time you might spend on them.

Never been inside any of these bars recommended to you, but I have read on several forums that now there are more than these 2 bars / clubs that cater to the Indian clientele. A very wise business decision I think.

Well, maybe if the gogo bar is Windmill which is definitely not a good indicator for hot gogo girls. Try walking in to Palace or Baccara or even Sensations and Sapphire to compare. Your taste may vary.

Ellui is now open at Avenue Mall. I haven't been yet but I have seen many little Korean girls walking around the area at midnight. Did four days at the end of my Asian month. I visited Soi 6 to see what it was all about. Things looked good initially coming off of 2nd Road. There were maybe a half dozen doables in the first few bars, but that was about it. Very strange. I wasn't really shopping, just looking, but one was really tempting and I almost stopped but wondered what else I might find down the soi. When this turned out to be nothing I was not about to trek back, especially with no guarantee she would not have already been taken, or, as I read here afterwards, that I would even be acceptable to her were she not. There was another issue, as well: Those bars and their associated rooms are air conditioned, right? It was a decent place and charged about 400 baht for 2 hours. I don't recall having to show ID but it was a while back and it wouldn't have made any big impression either way as I was there for convenience, not anonymity.
