Rental agencies names?
You won't need a fiador for a 1 month furnished rental. A fiador is only needed for a long term lease and typically only for unfurnished apartments.
If you get off the metro at Estadio and walk south on 70 there are a couple of agencies that rent furnished apartments. One on each side, just a few blocks south of the station. Don't know what they have to offer.
Do you have The name for some of these agencies?
Hey guys,
Trying to figure out what is the deal with picking up girls in Parque Lleras bars and clubs? My Spanish is pretty bad, so will be relying on google translator.
Can I just walk up to the girls and check if they want to spend the night with me if I pay them?
Any bars / clubs you would recommend where the probability that the girl is a working girl (and not with a boyfriend there)?
Many of the clubs will have working girls inside, or they will be walking up and down the streets around the park. The most well known club for working girls is Gusto. Things don't really get busy until 11 pm and Sunday through Tuesday are slow nights unless Monday is a holiday.
It's simple. Go inside and order a drink. Look for the girls who are staring at you, or who are motioning you to come over. Most of them are fairly obvious. Expect the price to be high. They'll see Google translate and automatically double or triple their usual rate.

The deal is they are very expensive. You'd be better off picking someone off the web:

Yes, all the strip clubs starting with Fase II http://www.clubfasedos.com/ you can pay the club a exit fee to have the girl come with you also although that will be a lot cheaper in the Centro clubs. The Centro clubs usually want a 50 k or so exit fee ($17) At least in the strip clubs you can test drive 1st before taking off the lot.

Places to stay.
Very first in Medellin next month. I have no idea what I'm doing and way too much information out there. Can someone suggest few places to stay at (the mansion is out of my price range) or just general areas of town to stay at. I'm looking into hotels and airbnb. The goal is to maximize the amount of girls to have with as little commute as possible.

Centro casas.
Preparing for my return to Medellin. I have a few more questions if anyone can help. So I understand after sundown the Centro gets sketchy after the businesses close and all the police leave.
1. What time do strip clubs in the Centro open.
2. Is it safe to hang out in the Strip clubs in the Centro at night after the casa's close?
3. Are there showers in the casa's and strip clubs? Or do you have to go to your hotel to shower inbetween sessions?

I personally never do the bar scene when I travel their. I personally like the casa girls to hang out with. I grab their numbers after the session and I can hang with them the entire night at my apartment for absolutely dirt cheap.

All the Police don't leave, there are just less of them.

4 ish.
2. Is it safe to hang out in the Strip clubs in the Centro at night after the casa's close?
Yes, the bigger clubs all have bouncers and doormen, I have been in them till 2 am+. (Conejitas, Maracaibo, BarraEjective).
3. Are there showers in the casa's and strip clubs? Or do you have to go to your hotel to shower inbetween sessions?
The nicer ones do for sure, the room's I have been in in Conejitas strip clubs did, Maricaibo also, I forget if Barra Ejective did but I think so. Casa Yakusa does not I think but I usually do take out there. All the street girls have taken me to short term hotels with showers also.
The goal is to maximize the amount of girls to have with as little commute as possible.
The only way to do that is stay in Centro, that puts you at ground zero for casa's, strip clubs and street girls, I reckon there are close to 500+ working girls with in a 4 block radius of where I stay at the hotel Botero (I did a large write up on it in the Med. Hotels & rental apts thread recently) That's 6 strip clubs, 2 Casa's and 2 redlight blocks.
Strip clubs Conejitas, Maricaibo, BarraEjectiva, TabernaVictoria, BarOccidental, and GrilleNuevaAvenida, plus casa's Yakusa & Chicas Punto and redlight blocks Vera Cruz & Raudal. That's girls available from 8 am to 4 am np.
Centro is more for veteran travelers who speak some Spanish though and can fly under the radar after dark. (Or take cabs short distances).
There's Jade Palace near Parque LLeras. Their massages really aren't any better than what you can get in other casas, though you can pay extra for BBJ and full service.
Try that massage spot in Rio sur. I forgot the name but you'll see it.
On the 3rd or 4th floor. They give an actual massage. Tip for a happy ending. It's more pro here but still fun. They sent going to bang you in the room though but it's actually a really good massage.
Hanging out in the strip clubs in Centro at night is not the issue. Leaving them is the potential issue, and all the bouncers and doormen in the world won't help you once you leave. I'm just sayin'.

If you looking for upscale areas with a busy nightlife stay in Laureles around Carrera 70 or Poblado near Parque LLeras. Both are filled with bars and nightclubs that you can cruise for chicks if you speak fluent Spanish and have good game. If you're gameless than at least you got a good home base to order in with a facebook girl or escort on photoprepagos.com. Groups of prepagos can be found hanging out at Parque Lleras after dark. Both areas see a lot of gringos and are regarded as the safer parts of town.
Alternatively if you want to save a buck you can stay in Centro somewhere near Parque Bolivar or Bolero. There are a ton of cheap casas and strip clubs in the area and the place is generally OK to walk around during daylight hours. The place takes a turn for the worse at night when all the drug pushers, thieves, and criminals emerge to ply their trade so I wouldn't recommend sticking around unless you're a hardened veteran or with a group of blokes to watch your back.

As it happens they're less than a block away from my airbnb rental so I may check them out when I'm in town next month.
