1. Introspect and record (maintain a written or audio diary) what drove you to start mongering. Review them whenever your feelings for her spike.

If you are in your mid 30's and you are falling emotionally for a WG, maybe you need think about finding a serious life partner. Wife, Girl Friend, Live in. Whatever. Apologies if you already have one. But it looks like you are missing that special someone with whom you can emotionally connect. I was in a similar situation in my mid 30's. Had a lot of fun traveling around the world and fucked hundreds of pussies, but forgot to find that special someone.
