Last week I wrote about this, first I will not take a RNA vaccine and second like the flue vaccine it efficiency is far less for old people or people with comorbidity and those are the first to be vaccinate. Nothing proves that the vaccine will work with the new mutant.
Last week, people more clinically educated than you wrote about it too.
"Prof Tom Solomon, the Director of the NIHR Health Protection Research Unit in Emerging and Zoonotic Infections, at the University of Liverpool, said:
"SARS-CoV-2, the virus which cause Covid-19 is evolving and mutating all the time, as do all similar viruses. Such changes are completely to be expected.
"In the UK we are doing very detailed genetic assessment of many of the virus strains detected. From what Matt Hancock has announced it sounds as though a particular variant is being detected especially across the South of England. Just because there has been a small change in the virus' genetic make-up this does not mean it is any more virulent, nor that vaccines won't be effective. Our experience from previous similar viruses suggests that the vaccines will be effective despite small genetic changes."

In France, should vaccine in 2021, +65 yo ones.
Fortunately for our economy, many foreigners coming to visit and spending holidays. Not on 2020, but many US, Asians and Arabians coming to spend money in France. Also many coming to live or retire, not for cheap like in Spain, but for our quality of life, good foods and wines and healthcare. Just figures for being number 1 for tourism and Paris for the most visited, city of love as say girls, when Spain and Italy also in top 4, when Germany and UK are behind.
You love France I don't. Except some British several years ago (mostly in Creuse, Limousin.) very few wealthy European citizen are choosing France as their principal living place for retire. On the opposite, 400000 migrants (mostly Muslim, uneducated, and poor) come to France every year. 200000 French citizen (mostly educated, middle and upper classes) are expatriating (like me). French economy is in a terrible situation near to bankruptcy without the support of the BCE and low interest rate. On the opposite mostly French people are not welcome as tourist just because of their behaviour and attitude, without speaking about their poor foreign languages capabilities.
USA made $217 billion from tourists in 2018, France made only $67 billion, and Thailand made $63 billion. Each arrival to USA spends an average of $2694, in Thailand $1644, and in France only $753. Probably a third of France's tourist arrivals stay for only 1-2 days. Why? Because you have so many countries within driving distance and open borders. In one weekend, how many times do you cross a border? In most other places in the world the type of country hopping you do every weekend is not so easy and not so cheap. People who go to Australia spend the most money, $4891 per arrival. Why? Because Australia is far and if you fly that far, you will probably stay longer. And the only other country you can really hop to from Australia is New Zealand. So yes France is number 1 in tourist arrivals, Spain is number 2. But the full story, if you choose to look deeper, is USA makes three times more money from tourism than France: https://www.visualcapitalist.com/map-countries-by-tourist-spending/.
Number 1 for tourism visits and same for Paris, for my small country with best foods and wines, champagne, best healthcare when a covid test cost more than 100 in UK, when more than France population don t have insurance in US, even when working, when unemployed and foreigners get in France, paid with my tax, for one of the highest quality of life with many foreigners choosing to come to live in this small beautiful country, when I think American dream is falling a bit and Chinese are scared about their government. At least in France, we may disagree with Macron, but we are not afraid of him. Under lockdown at the moment, Germans come to buy for Christmas in France, they know they will find same quality, better foods and good point for our economy which need under this crisis and when EU close now borders with UK to protect about virus.

I feel really bad but the guy is named Nojd and not Lask.
And as soon as he said the evil word that cannot be said, some official jumped in front of the stage to say that it was only new guidelines. Naughty Johan what did you say?
It reminds me of Evil dead when they find the Necronomicon.
That's just laughable, especially considering when the article was written. Talk about being desperate to push their false narrative.
Oh well, the gullible sheep's without any knowledge of Sweden are swallowing the fake news.
Don't say that and don't talk about the mask who is now mandatory in public transports and don't say anything about the Lask dude who has been speaking about local lockdowns, you're going to make shooTroll very angry. And not a single word about the new limitations in restaurant (that's 4 no?), it's just a very slight adjustment of their guidelines.
Oh dear bigtroll, why do you use so many words when you could just as well have written that the restaurants are still open.
Get back when you understand the difference between restrictions and a lockdown. It was hilarious when you claimed that it's a lockdown when they close the museums. Thank you for the laughs.
Fair points, but according to your link Spain, France, Switzerland and especially Austria earn far more per capita from tourism than the USA.
OP seems to emphasize how desirable his country is for tourists. If so, is it relevant to know how much each citizen of a country earns from tourism dollars? Does the amount each French, Spaniard, or Austrian make from tourism, make it more of a "destination" in the minds of international tourists?
My point for emphasizing how much each country earns is strictly to emphasize that tourists that fly into USA, Thailand, or Australia are making a commitment to stay there for more than 1-2 nights. It's a commitment in terms of cost, travel time, and in some cases tourist visa paperwork, so the tourists that go to these countries are jumping through extra hoops. And in that sense, these non-EU countries can be thought of as more desirable destinations to visit. Here is a population density map that shows us clusters of large populations that border France. These are places that are a 100 EUR one hour flight away. And as quoted from an earlier article, 15-20 percent of France's tourists are people that stay in France en-route to Spain or Italy, so think a German family packed into a car on their way to Spain. https://luminocity3d.org/WorldPopDen/#6/48.807/2. 703.
OP also emphasizes the number of expats who love living in France. Well there appears to be many French leaving France if we look at net migration rate. While not bad, the English-friendly and high-income countries seem to do much better: Singapore, Switzerland, Macau, Qatar, UAE, Luxembourg, Nordic countries, Canada, UK, Australia, USA, etc. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_net_migration_rate.

For us, Europeans, US are new, when killed their past history, compare to our history and culture. Also, worrying weapons allowance when so many crazy there, but no more Indians to kill. I remember on my first visit, in a Miami market, a guy opened his car back and there were weapons and some military for a army. I entered rent car and left fast.

Thoughts?
Health "experts" say flu cases have significantly DECLINED globally because people ARE wearing masks and practicing social distancing.
However, Covid-19 infection rates are UP because people are NOT wearing masks and social-distancing.
Don't question the narrative. It's Science.
If you question as a good Doctor should, you might lose your job.

Any other year, there were zero PPE usage and distancing. Some use this year leads to flu decline.
However, not enough people are using PPE and distancing so COVID remains uncontrolled.
