You were right to go to the manager. Good for you. Left me know if you find anything worth while. I went to Sharks in March of this year and liked it very much but I went in with a different attitude and that helped. I return in two weeks and I was thinking about another try at Oase if the weather is nice outdoors but after reading your report I may just skip it.
