Now a days very few are just collecting contacts and exchanging with others. This leads to increase in price. If we help each other by sharing the direct contacts we can eliminate the many layers of middleman. My way of doing is I help them meet for 1st time. Then from next time onwards if I trust I share all my contacts. Likewise this goes for all I guess.

Also based on your requirement get contacts from seniors. Its useless to get all contacts. Also probably what I would say is be friendly and gain confidence. Seniors are not SP who just share number when you ping them.
