Let me just comment on a couple of things.

Some girls take only one shower so yeah, being their first of the shift is a good idea. Not all girls are like this though. I've known some girls that shower after every session. Schedules at the larger bars tend to run along 8-hour lines. So, for the most part, shifts begin around noon-ish through 8-ish, and from 8-ish to around 4am-ish. There will be variations, but this is a good rule of thumb.
