I wanted tio put some details on this. My fav board- on Sonora. Gents' there is life beyond the border!

I have seen many posts from different countries and also of course Tijuana (spent lots of time, $$$ there). However, if you get thr chance I reccomend driving further south to Hermosillo and Ciudad Obregon.

Hermosillo what is the capital of Sonora, only 2hours south if Nogales.

The city is actually quite beautiful and I mark it's roughly equivalent to Tucson or Phx. Inside it has all the amenities in common with any large city in the Southwest US.

If you don't like it, there are 40 guys behind you who will put up with her bullshit. But, if the trophies are your ojective, you'll just need to put up with the nature of the beast. There are, of course, exceptions.

My experience has been the slightly older, slightly less attractive ones give a much better experience overall.

You might consider going up for an hour, thus avoiding the rush.
