It actually goes into specific detail on this particular matter, because elections are so important.
This is not a judicial decree to remove a signpost somewhere; it is a matter of the integrity of the electoral system itself. It is not up to you, or some leftwing activist judge, to decide what is "prudent". It is up to the elected state legislatures. They decided it was not "prudent" to spam out tens of millions of mail-in ballots to whoever, wherever, and accept them back in whatever way, be it harvested by political operatives or hundreds of thousands showing up at 4 am in democrat cities of swing states, 96% for Biden.
That decision was for the state legislatures to make, as per the Constitution. They made the decision, and rejected the changes. The changes were therefore unconstitutional when forced through by executive order or judicial decree. The election was both fraudulent and unconstitutional, and Biden is an invalid "president" (in more ways than one).

In March border patrol processed 170,000 entering USA illegally. In March of 2020 is was about 20,000. An independent or Republican think it is Biden policy. Liberals all say this isn't a surge and the reason is that it went from 20,000 to 170,000 because of Trump policies. Of these 170,000 over 10% tested positive for Covid. These people are being let into USA without processing. You and all the socialists on this forum think this is great and that these people make citizens of USA life better. One idiot on this forum said they are all coming to pick vegetables because Citizens of USA won't do those jobs. Socialists believe that none of these people are criminals. Taxpayers are paying to feed these people and several are staying in hotels that we the taxpayer is paying for. I believe we need a secure border. I think this is a disaster for the USA and the taxpayer.
Trump had a good policy for a secure border similar to every other country in the world. I think it worked for the American people. You don't think the same. That makes you a socialist. Everything Trump did was not a success but this definitely was one. Biden is trying to reverse all the good things Trump did. Paris Accord reversed. Next it will be Iran deal.
And by the way I have a friend in El Centro, CA and I asked him if they had trouble getting workers to pick vegetables in California. He said 50% were local citizens and about 50% were documented workers from Mexico that came for planting and harvest. None of the illegals that have crossed the border were hired to pick vegetables. They never have a problem finding workers.
I believe the president should protect American jobs.
