And at KAN, I don't think there is chance to choose. You can anyways, always, anywhere ask for a particular therapist and schedule your appointment per availability or may even request for a change of therapist if u have valid reasons

The only action I got was HJ, and I didn't use any references. They should loose up just a bit after multiple visits.
