I can understand your situation. Everyone starts like that. I think seniors would be able to guide you in a more inclusive way, but here are my 2 cents.

Don't expect everything in first attempt. Its a rookie mistake. You have to create a human connection with the therapist first. That might take 2 - 3 visits, especially for good MP's where at least security and cleanliness is taken care of quite well. It's almost like you just cannot start talking your intimate life with every random guy on road. The girl has to feel comfortable around you, and that cannot happen on very first massage. Its trust issue also.
