Generally in room massages can involve one time sex negotiated with the girl. Some girls agree and some say only HJ job or no sex. Hard to say which girl will show up for massage, may not be the girl who handed you the card. But you can request.
Best thing to do is pull the girl aside who is handing the cards and discuss what you want right then and there. In Angeles nothing and nobody gets offended. Going rate for one time sex with them is 1500. Plus approx 800 for massage. On the other hand you can pay barfine and take a girl for 3000 pesos and hope you get sex all night.
Remember if you opt for sex you will not get a good massage. And also it may just end in 20 minutes till you are done. Do not expect the girl to stay and do massage for the rest of the hour.
Practically I never had a massage girl for sex. If you like the girl a lot you can get her phone number and text her to meet you after work. Unlike bar girls she is allowed to whatever she pleases outside her work. Bargirls also do it but discretely.

In my stay I have in mind to visit few girly bars and perhaps HiSo, but on Mondany I will arrive at Angeles about 11 pm after more than 24 hours of planes and cars trip, so I am considering not go outside but to stay in the hotel if I can pick up a nice companion for the night.
Can anyone give more information (girls quality, prices, best time,.) about what can I expect?

Expect girls in the 5 - 7 range. It's a no-brainer. Frequently the Filipinas give you the GFE. They are really sweet.

A quick look at the FR history shows you ask a lot but don't do FRs. Since 2015. So maybe some here believe in Santa and I can barely hope you will contribute a meeting FR or ten /20 about your first trip as a newbies perspective is always useful.
Sadly I think we will all be disappointed given you asked lots of questions, mongered in Thailand and DR and yet no one know anything.

I thought maybe he was trying to deter people from going to AC and keeping all the ladies for himself LOL. Heck even Koreans don't spend 7. 5-7 looks should only get 2 k for LT for full GFE. I'm a fan of just walking in HISo at 2 am and walking out at 215 with the girl I want to have fun with. Fill honesty I pay 3 k for LT and I only go with 8's (in my view) or higher.

Very hard to find any girls that are not fat, fugly and old in most bars.
The very few that are just OK are mostly drink sluts (don't barfine) cherry girls (virgins) or will only entertain Asian punters.
In truth not seen a westerner in Angeles with a pretty girl on his arm in multiple years.
Yes 20 years ago Angeles was a great destination to meet many pretty girls, now, if I did not have to be in the phills for work I would not choose to go there for mongering at all.
