Also iooked at some of the court documents available online and in almost all the cases the judge squashed all the complaints stating that these are logged without enough evidence. In most of the cases, the reasons cited are below. The general police aren't even supposed to be there unless they are from the squad which prevents the immoral traffic or from a specified wing which prevents pros. Also as Babykuttu mentioned, since its a legitimate business judge in many cases has warned not to bother these establishments further with these kind of raids unless they are from specifc groups as mentioned above.
