Now I mostly stick to Arabs or Uzbeks (Stani countries), and at least for the latter, if they quote say 1000 per hour, most come down to 600. If they quote 800 per hour, they usually come down to 500. Just throw in your counter offer and ask if okay, a lot will agree, especially at this time of the year when business is quite slow.
