Many Asians are only in Angeles for 1-2 days maybe a work meeting or a round of golf, these guys mainly want to relax in their hotel while 1 Asian (usually a fixer) turns up at the bar with a large vehicle and takes 10-12 pre arranged girls for his clients, this happens in multiple bars each day, but make no mistake even the Asians are having to settle for much less quality girls, there just is a severe shortage of even just OK girls in Angeles so even if one has pre arrangements with the bars if the pretty girls are just not choosing to work in Angeles city bars anymore then for one to get laid one has to settle for low quality.
I cannot blame the girls or the bar owners going for where the most money is (Asians), look around Angeles city over the last few years, its full of Asians punters, I would guess they outnumber the westerners by at least 200 to 1, its rare to see even 1 westerner in most Angeles bars.
Anyways, Angeles has changed so much IMHO, walking street bars that once had 200 great looking slim young girls on stage now are lucky to have 20-30 older fatties on stage, bars that once catered to guys barfining girls are now mostly show bars, if one is not young and Asian then the girls will just ignore one (even for sitting for drinks).

Sure there's a certain risk with big time KTV's or saunas because they are more visible but cheap P4P can be had at pink light shops, massage parlors and even on wechat people nearby. When I get to PI at the end of the month, I may make a special trip to AC just to go in and ask to see the high-tier Korean-only girls they are holding back. If nothing else, I am curious just to see how these unicorns look.

She walked around with her mouth open gawking at the stores, ate lunch in one of the restaurants there, she said she had never eaten in a restaurant so nice, remember this is at the mall, we then went to my hotel, first time inside a hotel for her, stepped in the elevator and as it started to move she grabbed the railing, scared because she had never ridden in an elevator. Room is very low rent but she was amazed, she had never seen a hotel room except on TV. I kissed her on the mouth and she pulled away, Why? I asked, she said kissing makes a baby. In her world a kiss always means fucking and she did not want another kid, or more kids? So date ended there, I gave her fare plus and put her in a taxi to the bus station. Anyway, too chubby for me but it was an interesting experience.

But this has nothing to say on how the girls look. I still want to know which bars so I can go ask to see the books.

How the heck would you expect the bar to make money on drinks alone of it was a bar notorious for only allowing the hot ones to go with Koreans. The matter of fact is, that Koreans get there earlier. The good girls are probably gone because they have already been barfined from the stage. In all my trips I have sat at some places for a couple hours enjoying happy hour and never seen a super hot girl magically appear and be dragged away to the Korean express. Bars want non Korean money just as much as they want their own. I actually can't count on both hands the number of times I have seen a group of Koreans walk in and walk out because there was nothing good on stage to them. Does this sound like good business to you?

This is standard MO in Korea as well, vans full of girls waiting for customers to book them. When they're done servicing the customers, they return to the vans.
