If you browse this forum you will see a few complaints about discrimination in Nana Plaza. However, your case is unique since you were attacked physically. The club can refuse entry but I believe your experience is unheard of.

You should have filed a police complaint. Not filing a police complaint is encouraging these thugs to attack another innocent visitor.

If I were you, I would have returned the next day with two or three hired goons and given these punks a dose of their own medicine.

The most common sign in the RLD is "Japanese Only". Some of them think we are all hung like a porn actor others don't want their reputation tarnished by a Gaijin dick. Its just a general tourist spot now, though of course the young traveler crowd is still somewhat present. If you're looking for action, plenty of FL SWs around at night, and a couple of the back alley massage shops probably offer full service. All that being said, if you're there drunk at night and need a girl yeah you can get one, but if what you're going for is a girl, you're.far- better off on Sukhumvit. Also, the party on Khao San for the tourist bars doesn't really start up until 1100-midnight anyways, until then places are either just restaurants or empty bars.
