I have seen recommendations (which I found sound) of doing this kind of long term arrangement with girls in that country directly. Works out much cheaper. You will have to find the girls in Vietnam on SA, Tinder or some other dating app.
Pay for their tickets, hotel and many will jump at the 1 month vacation offer, and be happy with a small additional payment. Just looking at something for reference, a girl working as beautician, etc. In Vietnam makes maybe AED 2-2. 5 K per month. With all other charges. Flight, hotel, food in Dubai and maybe 4 month earnings as her charges (6-8 K) - you are looking at well under 20 K in total spend.
Have seen this used by expats in SE Asia who setup a "second wife" - get a girl from smaller city to stay with them in BKK, KL, etc.

Flew out of Dubai last night, I did consider checking out Mint early evening but decided against it.
In summary Red Square was my favorite due to atmosphere, size and selection. But if you are after the best looking Viet then Ratsky. Broadway if you really want to try a Syrian but be careful. Club7 not worth the time. I didn't have any luck at Czar, I'm not sure why.
I stayed at the Park Regis Kris Kin and had no problem bringing a different girl in each night for four nights and didn't have to register any of them. Actually the Syrian bet me 100 dirhams that the staff would be calling after I took her straight past reception. They didn't. And I didn't get my 100 dirhams.
Next up. Two nights in Singapore where I'll check out Brix and Ipanema, and maybe a stroll though Geylang, but with low expectations as it doesn't sound like things have recovered yet.

I was in Singapore last month, and Geylang is not back yet. Ipanema and Brix were hopping, but filled with Viet girls mostly. It just so happens that I like Viet girl.

I am an Indian guy living in US for past 4 years. I am planning a trip to Dubai this year in September. Reading this forum has given me an itch to make the visit ASAP (good job for all the useful info out here as well as for the tease with details of encounters with WGs) LOL. There's plenty of pussy available in US if you have the money and some skills to filter out scam artists which are plenty. Living here for past few years I have had opportunity to check out a lot of items from my bucket list including meeting with porn-stars and plenty of escorts with body type I like (Blonde, Big Tits, Curvy Ass and bigger and taller than me). But what makes Dubai so tempting to me is the clubs. The closest thing similar in US is the strip clubs which in my opinion are not worth it. Also getting extras is not always an option and will cost a lot. Paid for 6 hours agreed with the girl, manager was phoning every half and said it was only 4 hours. And she said her manager was one of the good ones. Wouldn't go back. IMO the girls down the road at Red Square are better quality. And speak English. Just my experience.
Singapore as you say Brix was hopping, very dark and hard to see the girls but a good band. ̀panema was 2/3 full and no band, girls not as good looking at Ratsky. Not really comparable to Dubai currently. Geyland still a waste of time, I got some action 3 pm on Monday, but even there the demand far outstripped the supply.
Frankly bit hit and miss and my experience helped me avoid a few disasters. Ratsky. Been invaded by Viets. The Viets dress better than the Philippine girls but most are fairly pushy.
