I agree completely. There is a little bit of everything in Centro. The old architecture is a treat. I love the vintage building converted into an indoor shopping mall on Ayacucho for example. I would start my day at New Life. Calle 56 #43-39. Most taxi drivers will know where it is. Just tell them la casa de chicas con la puerta azul. Scratch that. I'd start with late breakfast, early lunch at Delicias Al Natural Carrera 43 #55-35. Great cheap food. From there, turn left and walk to the corner, turn left on Calle 56 and just a little way down is New Life. Just go through the blue door. When you leave New Life, go back to Carrera 43 and go north to Calle 56. Go left and look for the red door. It's in the same place as New Life, just a block north. That's Aiffe, Calle 56 #43-27.

From there, walk back to Calle 56 and turn right / west. Cross Avenida Oriental and go one block to Carrera 47. If you turn right you'll find Masajes Zandalay at Carrera 47 #57 A-34.
