As far as I can tell its prophylactic effect comes on quick and remains on whilst you take the pill. Minor side effects.

I can really recommend the Mombasa Hospital near the fortress.

I was there to get the yellow fever vacination. Clean (so far) but.

It's the only one with an accapteble standard; the business / muzungu.

People are visiting it.

The medicine was imported from Swisserland; the ex. Date was right; It was in a freadge; and the doctors made a good impression; Indians or from Cuba; can't remember.

RG[/QUOTE]They studied serodiscordant couples (1763 couples; one HIV positive and one negative). I think the volunteers were probably thrilled to participate or take the meds proving true, with essentially 0% transmission in the subjects using combo AR tx. Only one person taking drugs became infected and I've read discussions commenting that the subject had skipped most of his / her meds. It was not one drug; I think they were on three different drugs in fact. But there's been some reasonably savvy meta analysis done on hetero exposure, sexual habits etc and my personal belief is that the HIV only rarely transmits from conventional hetero sex.
