What do you consider "living nice?" You can find comfortable, clean places for $20-$30 per night. I've been in a bunch of apartments and hotel rooms that guys claimed were the best, in their opinion. They ranged from "I wouldn't stay there" to "too expensive" in my opinion.
I know guys who have 3 or 4 girls every day when they are in Medellin. There are others who spend all their time with 1 girl. Some only want the girls off the street in El Centro, some only want models.
"Live like a king and monger like a king" doesn't give any idea of what you want to do, so it's ridiculous to try and tell you how much it will cost.
First, decide how much you are willing to spend. Don't forget to include airfare. Beware, ticket prices can change by hundreds over just a few days. Now how are you planning on eating? The restaurants fit for a king will run you $30-$50 meal, more if you're having more than 2 cocktails. At the other end of the scale you can get 3 meals of comida tipica for about $10 per day. My preference is a Colombian breakfast and lunch, then something else for dinner. Costs me less than 50 k COP per day unless I splurge on dinner.
Now that you have food and transportation, figure out your mongering desires. Be realistic. Some guys, without Viagra, are good for 3 pops per day. Some even with the blue pills are only good for 1. Keep in mind, you'll probably be adjusting to the altitude, so will tire easier. If you aren't an experienced monger, you'll probably be dealing with some anxiety. Reality probably won't match your expectations. At the bottom end you can spend 80-100 k for 2 sessions in El Centro per day, plus another 100-150 k for one of the casa or street girls to come to your place. At the high end you can spend 2 or 3 million COP daily. I recommend deciding how many girls per day you realistically want to see, decide whether you're going with El Centro quickies (50 k), Facebook or other online girls (150-250 k) or strictly models (300 k and up) and do the math.
Now you know how much you have left over for lodging. See what's available and then decide if you need to start over with a different plan.
Back to the girls. As has been stated many times there's no correlation between what you pay and what you get. I've had the same girl tell me that 250 k was her lowest price, then offer (on different days) 200 k, 150 k, 120 k and 60 k. I've had 50 k sessions that were great and 200 k sessions that were lousy. The key is doing your research, putting together a realistic plan and being prepared for the glitches.
Here's 1 possible scenario:
Get a room at Hotel Porton Medellin, about $800 for 2 weeks. Book for 2 and make sure any girls you want to bring to your room are dressed reasonably and have their cedula. Breakfast is included. Santa Fe and Oviedo malls are within walking distance for lunch, 12-15 k for the menu of the day, $80 for lunches. Dinner can be in a variety of places for about 50 k or $250 for all your dinners. Add in Viagra, condoms, taxis and some basic supplies and all your basic needs are met for under $1500. That leaves $100 daily for mongering, assuming a $4000 budget with $1000 airfare.
After lunch, take a taxi to El Centro. Visit a few casas until you find the right girl and spend 50 k. For the evening set up a date off of Facebook for 170-220 k. If you tip 10 k to the casa girl you can do 28 girls, eat well, stay in a nice hotel and keep it under $4000.
From all the mongers I met in Medellin, the ones who tried to do too much had the worst time. Those are the guys who feel the need to have 3 or 4 girls every day, while partying hard. The ones who just come relaxed, enjoy themselves and work in 1 or 2 girls a day seem to be happier.

If you want to grab a girl or two, take them out and party hard, then take them back for all night fun, there's probably no better time than Halloween.
If your Spanish is good, you like to dance and you're not a complete troll, get a good costume and pick a club. Otherwise, work Facebook and find a girl. If you're splurging, she'll be happy to bring a friend or 3.
If you just want to find a girl to come to your room for awhile, it's not the best time. Most of the girls would rather be out partying, so they're not as likely to put out their best effort.

The Mansion is not a casa or brothel. It is a hotel with independents. The starting point is the same as it has been for as long as I've been going to medellin (12 years) - 150 mil. There has been an effort to organize and push the price to 200 mil or more. But only lazy, stupid, or newbies are likely to pay that, unless you are getting something really good (lots of time, many extras, anal) or you are really ugly and have poor hygiene. You should expect GFE. You should expect BBBJ (if not, pass). You should expect some kissing (although not always DFK). You will find a mix of new girls and hardened pros who have been there for years. Some are worth it and some are not. Ask. For me, I rarely if ever take girls from there. Because I have a good list and I don't stay there much any more. But I have found some real gems in the past (although they don't always stay a gem).

Here's my costs:
Round trip tickets with Spirit airlines: $400.
Penthouse apartment with A/C in Laureles: $43 a day.
Meals: Usually $5-10 a day, I only eat once a day so that cut down the costs.
Girls: Most wanted 150 k-200 k plus taxi fare, so around $60 to $88 a piece.
In total I spent around $3,600 for a month of debauchery. 4 grand should easily cover two weeks even if you're doing double the number of girls (or even 4 x or 8 x if you go for cheaper centro prepagos!

It was so far and away better than anything I've had in MDE it made me wonder if I'm just going to the wrong places. I really like hitting the Zandy where the gals are chill but they certainly aren't keen on real pleasure.
I hate to call it GFE, since I expect better "service" when I'm paying for it than w my girlfriend, where it's supposed to go both ways.
Any spots with consistently great service? I'm not unhappy w MDE service, but New Life girls going 5 minutes beyond the 30 gets old, and I don't blame the girls, they've got a tough job. The house can do training tho.
That said, not sure if Blue in BAQ was an outlier (I went back twice the same day!). But might have to move mongering down south if that's how it works there! (One of the forum posts said girls at the "casas" there are lucky to get two tricks a day. And I can confirm these girls put on their "A" game when I showed up for round 2. They wanted money).
Much any more, but as a general rule, you are not going to have GFE with a casa girl, especially is you are only with her for 20-30 minutes.
