Good news is the lawyers are pretty clear that none of these charges will stand in court and they will try and get the charges dismissed. It is just that you have to go through the hassle of courts, lawyers etc. Take care and don't let this effect you in any way take it as minor inconvenience.

Mostly the case will be dragged and eventually die down. Just make sure you attend any hearings to avoid contempt of court.
