I've been mongering in Thailand for the thick end of 25 years and thank goodness for that with the current prices being quoted.
Even as recent as 2010 I was easily able to hire a very pretty GoGo girl all night for 2000 Baht be it Bangkok or Pattaya, alright I did have one or two try their luck for 3000 but we soon agreed a compromise closer to my ceiling. Now I'm hearing stories of girls asking 3-5000 on top of a bar fine. FFS this is outrageous.
My many expat friends living in the Big Mango place the blame fairly & squarely on the sex tourists from China, Japan & Korea, they claim without the patronage of these nations Nana Plaza prices would be much more appropriate to our expectations.

Anyway Amjeck, you can be sure this place is not for you. Its way out of your price range. I should not be discussing anything with you, as price is your only subject I can remember. I know where I can get cheap girls and I know where I can get it for free, and yet I still prefer to pay for higher quality. I have been to Biergarten too on occasions. Walloon Regional Government.
French Community Government.
German Community Government.
And a host of inter-governmental committees to try coordinating all these governments. Plus our 10 provincial Governments.
And yes, each of these governments have their own parliament too (the Federal Government even has 2).

Mind you with all those "governments" over one of the less important countries in the EU it is not surprising to does not anyone to spen their limited Euros outside its very limited borders.
Bluntly, if you have a banking system which tells you that you cannot uses debit card in Thailand you have a very 'Belgian' banking system.

Since how long belgium doesn't have a properly elected Central / Federal government? My Last knowledge is that the parties could not agree on a coalition, so the current government doesn't represent the people' s votes (I simplify as we are not here to talk about politics)

Next year we have new elections.
