I just wanted to share some thoughts about residential hotel. I know it is the only option where you can enjoy at very cheap rate. Once I used to take service from reputed hotel occasionally. 3 years ago Banani (Kakoli) hotel was so famous for their cleanliness and overall service at very cheap rate. After that I didn't find anything like that. Now I like to totally avoid residential hotel. Points you should consider before going to there –.

1. Totally unsafe, police raid Mirpur-10 hotels 2 days ago. One of my known SP got caught.

2. Very high chance of STD. Most of the girls working there are ****. They do unprotected sex with anyone just for 500 TK.

3. Very high chance of skin diseases and / or allergy as those places are not hygienic.

4. Most of the girls working there are drug addicted.

5. Their provided condom is not safe enough.

6. After 10/15 minutes, most of the girls will behave rude and aggressive even after you tips them in advance.
