Kamagra and Vit V are just "hardeners", no more than that - no enhancement of mood or horniness. I've found kamagra will give the red eye effect, with increased blood flow to the head and thus produce headaches and red face. Vit V does that too, but to a lesser extent.
Try skyfruit powder - they come in sachets and are available in KL (just google it) - no ill effects and just as effective. And it's a natural fruit extract so perfectly harmless.

Tourist dies after three Kamagra pills

An American tourist who had taken three Kamagra pills stopped breathing while having sex with a Thai bar girl in Pattaya late Sunday night.
