And her skin was very milk white yes. She came to me at Samya while I was standing at the little bar (and she did not perform anal sex). You can technically walk to Sharks from the Moxy, but it's a long walk. Uber is super easy in that area so you can use that instead of walking.

The benefit of a hotel is having a place to rest up. You can even leave Sharks and come back without paying again (if it's the same day). Also, of course, Sharks isn't open 24 hours so you'll need some place to sleep when they're closed.

I have been lucky enough to get hold of a few new girls in the clubs over the years, a handful even on their first or second days in the club (per their telling, no way to verify of course, and I found a few of them lied and were in the business for a few months already). Apart from the freshness, youth, prettiness and other such attributes that come from being newer, as you said the service levels may be untainted or uncorrupted due to not yet suffering months of abuse that naturally comes from this line of work.

One thing I noticed however is that like most other things in FKKs, such girls have become a rare (r) breed. Girls start new in the business of course but even the new ones have an edge of sharkiness that was not the case in the past. Perhaps the veteran girls especially the notorious Romie girl mafia catch the newcomers earlier than we do and indoctrinate them in the creed of providing less for more?

Or perhaps the training begins with lover boys and even in their villages before they ever set foot in Deutsche land?

Judging by Booking reviews it seems Dormero is not bad either and within walking distance.
