Is t actually possible to meet a girl and Phuket who is not part of the sex scene. If yes, where should you go and hang out to meet them?

Just arrived in kata and will stay here for approx 3 days. It would be great to get some advices concerning the local "environment".

4) What is the current local rate for 1 night per girl?
5) What are the local expressions for the options?

If you are looking for a "good girl" for a holiday romance then I would suggest looking for a foreign woman on phuket.
If you are looking for a Thai, then its better if you are really serious about keeping them. Its not good for men to come into town to promise a "good girl" the world and then leave never to be heard from again.
Many of the working girls in Phuket are extremely sweet and will give you the best holiday you may ever have. If thats all you want then find a nice girl at a bar or disco and go for the ride.
Reality is that phuket is not the place to look for "good girls", its a tourist hotspot with a large bar scene.
There are many more serious Thai women in the north of the country or even Bangkok.

3. You won't need an escort agency.
4. Current rate varies according for many factors. Generally Your friend will require 1500bt min in the morning.
5. Ask for long time or short time. Up 2 you.
6. Kata is very quiet at night. Normal precautions should be taken. Only carry the cash you need for the evening on you.
7. Smile, relax and laugh with the girls, they like that. Only buy lady drinks for the lady you admire do not be suckered in to buying for her friends. If not sure ask them if they are a ladyboy.
The last time I was in Phuket (Patong) I stayed for 3 weeks at the Tatum Mansion. TM is a 10 minute walk from Soi Bangla, close to several restaurants, and MP's and I have never been hassled regarding taking ladies with me to my room. The owner, Philip, is a great guy. He's knowledgeable, and will work with you on prices if you are staying more than a few days.
I will be in Phuket next week for a week. I am going to be staying at the north part of the island and because of work related issues will not be able to get to patong for entertainment. I am looking for help on delivery entertainment. I will likely want 4 girls for 2 guys for 3-4 days. I can search the web and get a bunch of suggestions but better to have some verification from fellow mongers!

You don't want suggestions, but I will give you one anyway. Can't you get a car or cab after work hours and head to Patong? If you do that around midnight to 1am, you will find plenty of opportunites that you can choose first hand.
