Sorry for the delay in answering. I have been very busy of late as well as being down the gym a lot. The plus 1000 is for full sex in the standard BJ booth and the duration is one hour whereas the VIP room with optional soapy is for two hours. To clarify the price question the two hour VIP is now 3,000 baht and not 2,500 as it was before.
