At least you know the pharmacy item will be trying to give you near the listed dosage -- who knows what's in the "herbal" supplement.

As suggested by Forever69 I gave it a try. Walked in to the pharmacy and asked by name. Of course they did not know. Must to have been my Falang accent. Wrote the name down and I was pointed to a shelf with small gold boxes. 415 bht later I'm the proud owner of 6 green pills. Evaluation: Took an pill in Ibiza. Err pill about 45 minutes before. I was a rockstar. Lasted about 2 days. Did not immediately followed up to another one to see if it had some effects. None noted. Repeated about for days later, still no negative effects. So I'm a believer.

It is incorrect to claim that ED drugs are "street drugs" in Thailand, as one poster on here did.

It is true that fakes are available everywhere in night market stalls -and some unscrupulous pharmacies- at least one pharmacy in Sukhumvit Road sells fake Cialis, so always take it out the box and eyeball the foil!

Firstly, unless you have a reaction to Tadalafil (Cialis) then why use the obsolete and inferior Sildenafil (Viagra and its generics?)

Cialis and a generic called Apcalis are widely available in Thailand OTC.

Cialis or its generic off the streets is just all FAKE. Stay well away from it.

If Cialis is in a transparent bubble packaging it is FAKE. That is obsolete packaging, the real deal is now in opaque foil, you cannot see the pill.

Apcalis however DOES have a clear bubble packaging. And as its a cheap generic, there's not much point faking it. It works as well as the Lily branded stuff (Cialis).

The Kamagra gels are genuine, but they're old science (Sildenafi) , and they're often stored poorly by street vendors, risking heat degradation.

Cialis / Tadalafil effects should last at least 48 hours on one dose, and up to 72 hours is often reported.

I am getting blue balls in Koh Chang and thinking of moving to CM. Have been once before in 2017 for 4 days and saw plenty of action.
