OYO hotels will be risky. I suggest some descent hotel where corporate / business people come and stay. This way there is less trouble for visitors also.

Hotel in baner on highway is one such hotel but it will be costlier. Hotels in PCMC are cheaper compared to Pune. Studio apartment is another option but again visitor entry will have it's own limitations.
