Has anyone done that or have understanding on how that works?

I have been to Perola Negra a few times, but it is always empty with only 3 or 4 customers (5 max) and it is very dark, so you can't really make out the faces of girls sitting on the other side of the bar room. Forgot to mention, yesterday I went to:

Bel prazer (Rio branco 185 sala 2114).
