This is a disappointing attitude. If no-one posted reviews, what's the point of a forum like this! Hearing that sort of comment makes others also not want to share useful information or review. Why help people who just want to take and not give anything back?

I agree that you should be a little discrete, particularly for unlicenced places, but Hessomeboy reviews from you and other members would be appreciated and useful, and you can be as discrete as you feel necessary.

Posting reviews, no matter how discrete, for venues of questionable legality is another matter.
