Some clarifications:
- if a girl already has "L" or "be" permit, she could travel in already. But not perform her business.
- new "L" and "be" permits are currently only granted for health services or other businesses.
- when they will allow new short term, "L" or "be" permits is not defined yet.
You are right, and that can be a problem.
I can't remember the regulation about 90 days in a year, is it that if they work less then 90 days in a year they didn't even need an L Permit? This was somehow different at cantonal level.
2) How many clients will want to return? Is it worth the health risk just for a fuck? Will there be controls in place like giving your name and phone no for possible tracing?....
For me the answer is NO, I will stay away from these risky places until a cure for the covid is found. I can live happily with 2 years off these places, or more, after having been in them so much in the past.
IMHO it will also take also some time before these clubs will be back in normal and playful mood, for workers and atmosphere and everything in general. As everybody knows atmosphere is king in Globe. Then I am pretty sure desperate loners and sex addicted will be there from day 1, good for them!

Might want to consider dating apps; after '08 gorgeous women were totally broke in NYC; taking dates to not starve.
I banged two dozen 20's babes in one year offering $4.99 frozen pizza and tequila shots versus being rejected for NoBu dinners in '07.
Silver lining somewhere in here.

Looking at the stats it makes no sense for me to be afraid of corona since I'm under 50 and in excellent physical health.

But masks are not for bed.
It is just a simplified procedure, but you cannot come to CH, work, and nobody wants to know.
I understood girls who are registered have health insurance, what about less than 90 days per year ones? Also when they worked registered for 3 years, they can get, when older than 60 yo and still living in Switzerland, paid about 1000 CHF per month, compare to about 300 € for average salary in Romania, but I wonder if Romanians at Globe know about this, when Megan works at Globe since 3 years. When Swiss administration is robbery for me who loved so much Wallis where I improved for ski, but good point to take care of prostitutes. I'm not sure health insurance in Germany for Romanians even when registered, when I hear them returning fast in Romania when they are sick or for teeth care.

Italy to open borders to international travel on June 3. The rest will probably follow around June 15 or later. Italy, Spain and Greece are heavily dependent on tourism. This lockdown can't stay a lot longer. These countries are hurting badly. I suspect once air travel is established, the rest of the rules are going to be relaxed. Everyone assess their own risk and deal / manage it. That's how it should be if you ask me.

In Western Europe, Austria with not too many deaths, seem ahead for reopening.
Do you have any reliable source for this number?
Still preliminary data from a renowned Italian Infectious Diseases hospital (Sacco hospital in Milan). Dr Maurizio Viecca found that 30% of Covid 19 patients (median age 45-54 y. O), who survived the disease, develop a chronic medical condition. One part of this research is still in pre-print stage, not peer-reviewed, but it will soon become available.
