Hours: Only opens at 9:30 pm. In my experience that means a place is not selling sex, but rather is focused on drinks and weekend party.

Appearance: looks good from the street, ground floor was decorated up but empty, whereas the action was indeed in the basement as you said. Size was maybe 50 sqm and cramped with a fairly low ceiling.

Cost: entry is 60 eur (although that includes all you can drink. Its possible to get a membership that lowers the entry cost. 25 eur to buy a girl a drink (website says she then talks w you 10 minutes), table dance is 50 our (Girls: I saw about 8-12 girls, and 12-15 guys. I've only stayed at the five star hotels but I remember that there were always women hanging around in the hotel bar late at night, looking for a customer. One hotel even had women waiting on the hotel floors near the elevator. Don't know how they picked which floor to wait on but they did. Don't recall the name of the hotel but it was big and used to be a "palace" where Ceaușescu would have his guests stay.

I've not been there in ages so I don't know if this is still a thing post covid. Also I don't know prices etc since I never partook in Romania since my coworkers were always there and it was hard to stay anonymous.

So just a thought really. Sorry if this has been tried and it's not available anymore.

Keep it simple and don't be cheap. Try seeking arrangement app, works the best Plenty of good looking girls. Spend 200-300 Euros for a couple of hours. Most of them will oblige.
