NRW is mostly a blue collar area. The people around former communist Berlin are also pretty low income so mongering in those areas is a bit cheaper (with the exception of Artemis due to its FKK monopoly).
Hessen is in between but closer to the higher end of the spectrum so prices there are also able to support a somewhat higher price threshold. However the current Hessen market and pricing is absurd and there's no way those prices hold up without a reduction in supply of clubs. Hessen Big Five has already reduced to Hessen Big Three and even that is being lenient to Palace and even Oase as still being considered one of the big guys.
Manhattan is only still open because of the money laundering activities of their owners, same with World. No way those 2 clubs are actually profitable on FKK business alone. Oase is just a playground for the old owner, no real profits.

Sharks is probably the only one of those places that can actually sustain these prices for any significant amount of time, but it's only a matter of time before the finances of their clients run dry. Well, given all the reports on here about how dire things are in Sharks and how good Aca Gold is, I went last night. See my report in that thread. It's ok. It is not a match for clubs like Sharks / Oase even in 2022. I have been to all of these clubs this year (and others). Aca has about 15-20 ladies. There are 4 or 5 very slim and quite pretty girls. More than enough. The prices are incredibly cheap - 40 for 30 minutes includes BBBJ / FS / DFK and DATY. Incredibly reasonable price. For some reason at least with several of the girls I spoke to an hour costs 10 euros. As I said to one girl, I can say ok we finished then you go to the bar and I ask you again for another 40! Truth is 100/ hour has become such a deal in FKK land that you don't quibble about it. But these very cheap prices come with a problem. To make good money the girls want the guy to pop very quickly so the room is really rushed with girls encouraging fast sex (to get the job done). When I asked one of the girls to slow down when she started the session (in Aca) with a BBBJ she ignored me. I told her that she didn't need to get me out of the room quickly. I am happy to pay for one hour. She was delighted. Took her time and the service was good. I watched several Aca girls (notably stunning but miserable Gina) take guys to the room and they were back in the bar inside 15 minutes (I assume after washing). So great prices. And if you like rabbit fucks it's Aca Gold. For anyone who likes to take time in the room and have long leisurely sex, its Aca Bronze or even wooden spoon!
The professional massage guy at Aca is amazing. Better than even Pia at Sharks.
But there is still something special about being surrounded by 80-100 naked women at the big clubs.
Sharks is not dead, it may have become too expensive and an upsell venue. But dead. Nope.
As an FKK tourist if I only had one day and had to chose between Aca Gold and Sharks it would be Sharks with no hesitation.

Yes, quantity at Sharks, but not much quality on 2022 and average is for much too expensive.

I, respectfully, disagree with you though that these clubs will close. Sex sells. I remember these same arguments about pricing in other places around the world and the clubs are still doing well, the prices are still the same and we continue to still pay, despite reminiscing about the times when it was cheaper.

I had a long layover last Friday in FRA and decided visit Sharks. I wandered around the old town in the morning and took RE82 shortly after 11 at main station. Got off at Darmstadt Nord and walked about 15 min to get to Sharks shortly after 12. There were about 20 girls. Unfortunately none of them really stood out, so I waited for new girls. I saw more coming in the afternoon. There were about 50 or more in late afternoon. The line up was just so-so. I couldn't find any stunner by my type or someone that I have strong desire to session with.
