Good experience using an agent
I scheduled a meeting through a local agency. Agents have their costs but they also have their advantages.
I set up a meeting at 14:00 the previous night. Around 12:30 I check with the agent and the chica is no longer available. No problem. The agent was able to find another chica from my desired list and she arrived at the short-term hotel at 14:05.
Agency fees are generally 50000 pesos.
If everything fails, Energy or Tantra are excellent for backup.
La Setenta Recommendations
Hey,
I will be staying in Laureles for the next 7 days near Carrera 70 & Circular 5, pretty much near everything. I would love to hear your recommendations on:
1) Asian food. I love Chinese, Thai, & Japanese / Sushi. I understand pickings may be slim in this category. If so, just a good decent burger joint or Mexican place. Please no Italian or Colombian recs. I've had enough pizza, pasta, pork, & empanadas this past week!
2) Your favorite bars, restaurants, & clubs for meeting Colombian girls who want to play for pay. Whether it be a place where the bartenders & servers are in play like Hooters in Bogota for example, or a Happy Hour or nightclub where freelancers hang-out. If these places don't exist, then just a good restaurant bar or club with a lot of hot civilians. *On any rec's for places with civilians, please no kiddie places filled with 18-22 yr old. I'm in my 40's and prefer to stay away from that.
JBee62's recommendation of Arabe on Cirq 5 (a block or two) South of La Setenta is excellent. I stayed in the same place I suspect you've picked. I ate there several times. It is a small sidewalk cafe but the food is good and very reasonably priced.
You might like Salud Pan which is on Cirq 4 (a block or two) South of La Setenta. Also excellent although this is a larger place with indoor seating. The place is vegetarian but if you tire of the other choices, this one has excellent food. It's a little more expensive. A good meal and drink might run you $10 US ($30 mil COP). I enjoyed it although the service is slow, so don't go there if you are in a rush. Otherwise it is a nice variation from the other choices in the barrio.
I did not see any Chinese or Asian restaurants when I was there, but I wasn't specifically looking either. Have fun!
