Hi mongers,

After a wile I have the chance to be in BKK again.

The last time I stayed in the LEBUA at State Tower and I liked it.

This time I like to finde also a nice hotel, GF. I do not count every peny and I like to have something nice, and convinient.

I would be very happy if someone of you can provide me with a good tip. !

I wil fly in on a Friday, and will make an arrangement with bkk144, and then look around to finde some other experience. So maybe the lebua is to fre away.

Pleas help me, I realy would preciate this.

Try the Grand President located on Sukhumvit Soi 11. The rate for their Royal Suite is $3390 Thai Bahts and include breakfast for two and free internet. Location is fantastic as it within walking distance of Nana and Soi Cowboy and the Nana BTS station is right by the main road.

I have a overnight "lay"over in Bangkok arriving 1930 Hrs and departing 0700 Hrs the next morning.

Can anybody suggest a GF Hotel near the airport alongwith details of available activity, if any ? If no activity available, is incall escort service worth it ? Any references for parttime providers are welcome.

Since you have to back at the airport at 5AM or 5.30 then your Hotel doesn't have to be that close to the airport.
As long as close to the expressway entrance you will be able to get to airport in 45 mins max. perhaps less.

Its better to have a Hotel close to the mongering areas if you want to take a girl for the night.
So I imagine that Sukhumwit Soi 6 (Dynasty Grande) or Soi 8 would be O.K. with left turn into Sukhumwit and right turn onto expressway. Others please correct me if I am wrong and cannot get to correct lane from these Sois.
If the girl is no good you can send her away and quickly get another one to replace her.

If you don't want a girl for whole night then simply take girl for a short time to any ST Hotel near mongering areas. She will know where. They are easy to find in Soi Cowboy, Nana Plaza, etc. Then when you are all finished, return to you Hotel near airport (I don't know any because I never consider staying close to airport). Airport Hotels are probably costly.

Hope someone in the forum can recommend the Suvarnabhumi BKK hotels and contacts.

Look the "girl friendly" implies that he wants to sleep with a girl for significant time.
So Hotels near the airport must exist. But unless he knows the girl already and makes prior arrangements he is going to have to taxi to the mongering areas to find a girl anyway. So where is the advantage of a Hotel at the airport? :confused:
And then many girls will not want to go that far afield anyway.
Its got me puzzled.

O.K. Maybe he wants to ring an escort agency and get some girl (not his type) delivered site unseen.
I have never tried an escort agency because prices seem ridiculous and I am very fussy about choosing.

I was only trying to help by offering alternative ideas that seemed way more sensible to my way of thinking.

Its a great 5 star hotel with cool rooms and the best of everything.

It is guest friendly if u book a room for 2 people, eg Twin/Double.

Agoda was offering Classic room (with complimentary Internet access) 3500 Baht for a late June stay double room. Seems a good price for 5 star. Obviously high season will be different.
There are several very expensive 5 star Hotels in Bangkok but Dream is fairly close to the mongering action (BKK Hotels Map shows Sukhumwit Soi 15). Very short walk to Cowboy or the MRT for soapy trips.

I am just about thinking with free Internet I should give it a try, even though more than I usually pay.

It's a nice hotel, but it's not really a 5 star hotel. At least not what most of us would associate with that rating. I think it's more like a 3 star hotel. Along the lines of an S15 or any other hotel that you would find in that price range. The price is a dead giveaway, even though Agoda also lists it as a 5 star. Probably only because the hotel itself bills them as a 5 star.

The location is probably a weak point. Not bad, mind you, but it's definitely not right on Sukhumvit or a stones throw from a BTS station. I included the Agoda map below and some other comparables. No hotel is perfect, so you just need to find one that meets your high priority needs. For me it's new, location, in room safe and minimal walk of shame! LOL!

I think the Agoda Map is slightly distorted and most of the Maps showing Hotels are not completely reliable. I am guessing that Dream is about 200m from Sukhumwit (where Soi 15 turns the corner) and about twice that to the BTS. Your right its just unfortunate to be between BTS stations. However seems to be highly rated in reviews.
I often stay at Grande President which is further from Suk but closer to the BTS.
But Dream is still an O.K. walk to MRT or Soi Cowboy in my opinion. I usually have to walk much further.

I like the look of new S15 and right on Suk. Special price around 2750 would be worth trying but doesn't look like internet is free through Agoda. Book on S15 website and the internet is complimentary but price goes up to 3200.

Still this is going to be closer to my price range when on special so you have changed my mind.

Citichic sounds good too but again slightly too far from BTS to be really ideal.

Can anyone recommend a nice Hotel to take my Girlfriend.

But, where i can sneak upstairs to a massage parlour with extra's?
