I have been to Hotel Vrsha more than 2-3 times and there have been mixed exp. First one was okie okie. Charged me a 800 bucks for full nite room and another 2 grands for full nite service. Most of you might be knowing CHOICE MP on Satara road, I was a regular visitor there, earlier they used to give nice service, but recently it was closed down for 2-3 months.

What you have said is indeed true. One does get many such "offers" but one has to be very careful to know which one is a set-up. In my report I have cut out the details a lot of the negotiations that actually took place. In this Modern Cafe area case, I was probably lucky.
