Has the world financial crisis effected your FKK habits?
Hi all,
Greetings from USA. I will be making my trip to EU in two months. I am delighted the Euro is falling a bit so I get more 'bang for my US buck' (pun IS intended)
All seriousness - with the financial crisis we are in, I would imagine FKK activity may be a little slow? I realize that for many high income people this would have no effect - but I am just curious if and of you regluars have noticed any changes.
Thanks!
Have noticed some changes

Just recently, after a week of FKK debauchery, and defaulted payments to an assorted cast of nubile creditors, I was all tapped out, so I called my Congressman and asked for a bailout. He promised to add me to the pork barrel, but I haven't received my $700B yet. LOL
Has anyone figured out how much pussy, $700B could buy?
Actually, a number of people in the biz that I have spoken to over the last couple of months have complained of a drop-off in business, including some of the high income people that you refer to who were willing to pay for the high class escorts. In Germany, I have heard that it is particularly the lower economic scale of the sex business, in places like partytreffs, that have been hit hard, and even some higher end FKK's are feeling the slow times, especially on low peak times like early in the week and towards the end of the month.
But the sex business is very resilient, after all it's weathered a few economic storms in the past, providing a much desired commodity to needy, horny customers, seeking some relief from the economic turmoil around them. Like all things in the global economy, the effects of the downturn in investments and business activity will eventually be felt on this scene as well. We'll see some club closures for sure and consolidation in over subscribed areas, as survival of the fittest takes over. Business travellers like myself will need to cut back on non-essential international travel, but in the FKK world we are not the main course anyway, just the whipped cream on the top.
There are some mixed benefits to all of this. We may see some isolated price reductions and more creative pricing schemes to draw in reluctant customers. Many of the large international conventions and conferences held in recent months have had significantly lowered participation as companies are cutting their marketing and travel budgets and this will ease the crowds at those clubs which draw on the messe visitors like Palace, Oase, Artemis and the Cologne area clubs.
Significant changes like this in the global economy also generally force new workers to industries that are lower down on the business scale so we may even begin to see some laid off female stockbrokers, plying their wares to keep themselves in Manulo Blancs. At the same time, some of the less successful plyers of this trade, who came into it to try and profit from the less-discerning low hanging fruit, may be forced out of the work pool and back to E. Europe and CIS, as the demand curve softens.
Change is usually good. But it 's really too soon to tell, how this scenario will work out. So, go and enjoy, and make sure to tell us all about your experiences.
Then its only a matter of time...
... before we see female financial services types start to reevaluate their career options and cross the thresholds of our favorite clubs!
I can't wait! :)
Price Elasticity of Pussy

But I wonder how much discounting we will see, or how quickly prices will adjust?
Sex is a personal service industry, and someone who has been selling herself for $400 per hour is not likely to move quickly to a business model where she is doing the same stuff for $200 per hour, and if she does, will she ever be content? We see this in pick-up bars all the time - girls sticking to a high-price structure, even at 3:00 AM, then going home alone, having zero income for the evening.
My point is that we may not benefit quickly from price elasticity in service providers. However, as new girls enter the market with the new reality price structure, we should be able to find happiness at a more reasonable price, and the old, over-priced hookers will be left sitting on their bar stools wondering who is going to pay for their new shoes...

It will be interesting to see if that happens, will they be able to embrace the right service attitude. If they were snotty to guys in bars when they were working on the floor, will they be a better GFE when working in bed?
